Unfortunately no. We are located in Canada and because of this we cannot accept any foreign insurance. We will provide you with a proper receipt for insurance purposes. Your insurance company may or may not accept our receipts.
Each of our pharmacy partners has their own list of payment options. For instance, some accept credit cards while others do not. The following is a list of payment options – you will be given a list for your order based on the dispensary you are purchasing from:
Personal Checks: Checks are secure, they can’t be hacked by online hijackers, they are backed by cash in your account, and they have no history of sudden or extreme fee hikes, the way credit cards currently do.
Direct Debit from Your Bank Account: Similar to checks but more convenient, as you only have to provide us with your banking information and a void check the first time and all future transactions will be processed automatically.
Credit Cards: All of our pharmacy partners accept American Express, and some accept Visa and Mastercard for those people wishing to use a Credit Card.

Flexible Spending cards
any other credit card not listed above
These cards are not accepted due to the processing fees, which in most cases are far too great. With these extra fees it is not economically feasible to accept them. We also do not accept coupons or discounts from local businesses.
Please Note: That some credit card companies charge an international service fee if you are ordering medications from outside of the country that your card was issued in. If this applies to you, contact your credit card company to learn about these fees (that sometimes range from 1% to 5%). We would recommend paying by check (see below) if this is the case as there are no service fees imposed by the banks for processing checks electronically.
Other methods: We also accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfers (High value orders only).
No. We do not have all medications that are available in other parts of the world. We do have the majority of medications available in Canada.
No. We offer free shipping on all orders to the US, Puerto Rico, the UK and Canada.
Due to past difficulties in shipping to international addresses we are now charging a $24 shipping fee for all international orders.
At this time we do not accept credit card payments from the following countries:
CONGO, THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE
FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF YUGOSLAVIA
FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF SERBIA
NORTH KOREA, DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF

Yes. Under special circumstances we can support this method of payment. There may be additional fees and/or time required to handle processing your order, but we would be pleased to speak with you about it if you feel that this would work best for you. Please call 1-800-226-3784 to speak with a Patient Service Representative about this.
You have 90 days to return your medications, from the date your order ships for a full refund. We accept returns if any mistake has been made on our part during dispensing, or if any damage or issues occurred during shipping has affected your order.
To authorize a return, please call us toll-free, 24-hours a day at 1-800-226-3784 for instructions on where to mail the product back to and receive authorization for a refund of your shipping cost (up to $12.95 USD).
After your medications are received at the original dispensary (place your order was shipped from) you will be issued a full return credit on your account.
