What is the Canada Drugs Return policy?

You have 90 days to return your medications, from the date your order ships for a full refund. We accept returns if any mistake has been made on our part during dispensing, or if any damage or issues occurred during shipping has affected your order.

To authorize a return, please call us toll-free, 24-hours a day at 1-800-226-3784 for instructions on where to mail the product back to and receive authorization for a refund of your shipping cost (up to $12.95 USD).

After your medications are received at the original dispensary (place your order was shipped from) you will be issued a full return credit on your account.

All orders to the US, Puerto Rico, the UK and Canada qualify for Free Shipping with an average delivery time of 14-28 days. Due to past difficulties in shipping to international addresses we are now charging a $24 shipping fee for all international orders.

What is the Canada Drugs Price Match Guarantee Policy?

Canada Drugs will match the price of any prescription products dispensed by a recognized, licensed pharmacy, that requires a prescription, and is offering an identical product (same Drug Name, same Manufacturer, same Country of Origin, same Strength) that is in-stock and available for immediately delivery. Price matching will be based on an identical quantity being purchased (as compared to the product being price matched), and after factoring in all dispensing fees including shipping.

Our price matching policy takes into account competitor's high shipping fees. For example on matching the price of 30 tablets of Canadian Brand Lipitor 10mg that our competitor sells for $48.48 plus a shipping charge of $9.95, we will guarantee to match the total order cost of $58.43. In this example the Canada Drugs cost of $50.72 and FREE SHIPPING for the 30 tablets of Lipitor is already cheaper than what our competitor can offer with their extra costs.

What is the Canada Drugs Recall Policy?

Initial inventory checks

Within 24 hours of receiving a notification of a recall notice from a manufacturer or supplier, will:

  • Check if current inventory is affected by the recall

  • Check purchase orders from the last 3 months or within the time frame noted on the recall notice to determine if previously had product that has now been recalled

  • Check outstanding purchase orders in transit to confirm that the lot numbers and expiry dates are for non-recalled product only

In the event that has any recalled product, it shall immediately remove the recalled product from inventory, place it in a designated and clearly marked "quarantine" area and will thereafter make arrangements to return the recalled product to the manufacturer or supplier.

Alerting patients regarding potential recalled medications

If you have received a product that is subject to recall, will provide you with details on how to return the recalled product and will also provide counselling regarding any medication related issues.

On becoming informed of the recalled product from Health Canada or the product's Manufacturer, will prepare a list of patients who may have received the recalled product. will then contact each patient by telephone. Alerting those patients of the recall of the product. Several attempts to contact the patient by telephone will be attempted with a messages left for the patient to contact will also mail the patient a notification of the product recall.

What is the cost of shipping?

What is your policy on products containing pseudoephedrine?

We do not offer any pseudoephedrine products for sale.

May I pay using a wire transfer from my bank?

Yes. Under special circumstances we can support this method of payment. There may be additional fees and/or time required to handle processing your order, but we would be pleased to speak with you about it if you feel that this would work best for you. What is Your 28 Day Shipping Guarantee?

At, we understand it is critical for your medication to arrive promptly. If you have not received your medication within 28 days of the date it was shipped, we will send a replacement order. If both orders arrive, you have the choice:
1. Keep both orders and pay for the extra one.
2. Return the second order and incur no further charges.

Can I get my medications sent to me without a Child Resistant container?

Currently the pharmacy regulations require that our partner pharmacies dispense medications in a child resistant container where suitable. In order for us to dispense medications without child resistant containers to you from our pharmacy we need to obtain a written request. For your convenience we have included a link for you to download the request form. After downloading the form, please print it, fill it out, sign it, and send the completed form back to us via text message, email, fax or regular mail and we will add it to your account.

I found a coupon on a third party website but you aren't honoring it. Why?

The coupons displayed on third-party websites are out of our control. Unfortunately many sites do not include the terms and conditions for using a particular coupon. Therefore it is up to our patient service representatives to determine if a coupon code is valid for a particular order. If there is a discrepancy between a coupon offered by a third-party website and us, our policies will prevail. If you have further questions about coupon usage please do not hesitate to contact us.
