Q. I have an AOL email address, why do I not get emails (receipts) from CanadaDrugs.com?

AOL has it's own special way of protecting your email mailbox from receiving unsolicited messages. In some cases, AOL may mistakenly hide messages from CanadaDrugs.comTM. You can correct this by adding CanadaDrugs.comTM to your "People I Know" list.

If you have received an email from info@canadadrugs.com recently:
  • Open your latest CanadaDrugs.comTM email
  • Click the "Add Address" button on the right-hand side to add CanadaDrugs.comTM to your "People I Know" list.

If you do not have a current email from CanadaDrugs.comTM to reference, simply:
  • Send a new message to "info@canadadrugs.com"
  • In the subject line enter something like "Testing AOL email". This will send a message to our Internet Desk who will respond.
  • Once you recieve our response you can add it to your "People I Know" list.
