Description of Lady System Vaginal Cones
LadySystem® is a non-pharmacological, non-surgical, pelvic floor therapy to treat urinary stress incontinence (involuntary loss of urine occurring while coughing, sneezing, laughing, or simply jumping, dancing or walking).

Recommended as part of the normal post-natal recovery programme to gradually restore your pelvic floor strength weakened by pregnancy and childbirth.
Simple, private, easy to perform at home - 15 minutes, twice a day, for 3 months.
Helps performing Kegel exercises by targeting and strengthening the proper pelvic floor muscles.
Allows you to evaluate the progress of your pelvic floor re-strengthening.
Your symptoms caused by pelvic floor weakening should improve within 6 weeks to 3 months.


LadySystem® is a biofeedback (reflects contraction) therapy consisting of 5 vaginal cones of identical shapes but of varying weights. It was shown that women could be trained to contract the pelvic floor muscles to retain cones of increasing weight in the vagina. The feeling of losing the cone from the vagina initiates a powerful sensory biofeedback response called passive contraction, causing the pelvic floor muscles to contract around the cone for its retention. The objective of LadySystem® therapy is to gradually strengthen the pelvic floor by using the heaviest cone a woman can comfortably support for 15 minutes.
