Description of Coaguchek XS Meter Kit
A small, high-speed coagulation meter for physicians' practices and for patient self-monitoring.

CoaguChek XS is an advanced-generation reflectance photometer for on-the-spot measurement of prothrombin time from a single drop (10 µl) of capillary or venous whole blood.

Additional features

• Power adapter - The monitor can be run on mains or on four 'AA' batteries. The light-weight power adapter can be ordered separately and is compatible with 110 or 220 volts. The four interchangeable plugs make it suitable for use in almost every country.
• Liquid control - The liquid controls check the meter and the test strip for perfect functioning. The identification of liquid controls is done automatically.
• Internal quality control (QC) - Automatic internal check-up of all the meter's functions both before and during testing.
