You will receive a full refund (or percentage equivalent to the amount returned) for up to 21 days from the date you received your order (as marked by the US Postal Service delivery confirmation). As our hassle free policy suggests, your return will be accepted with no questions asked. Simply return by Global Priority Mail, post marked within 21 days of receiving your product, and your refund will be processed as soon as we receive it. A Patient Service Representative will call you to confirm the credit amount.
